# HISTSCI 2812: China in the History of Science and Technology Semester: Fall | Year offered: 2026 | Link: [Course Website](https://canvas.harvard.edu/courses/173021) With Professor Victor Seow on Monday at 9:00-11:45 am This graduate seminar has been designed to prepare students to undertake independent research in the history of science and technology in China from the late nineteenth century to the present. To that end, it introduces students both to general trends in the relevant literature from the history of science and technology and adjacent social sciences as well as to various types of primary sources that can serve as the foundation for a scholarly contribution.
