#  Richardson to Receive 2024 Adele E. Clarke Book Award

[Professor Sarah Richardson](/people/sarah-s-richardson)'s recent book, [The Maternal Imprint: The Contested Science of Maternal-Fetal Effects](/publications/maternal-imprintthe-contested-science-maternal-fetal-effects), has been named this year's recipient of the Adele E. Clarke Book Award. Each year since 2015, the [ReproNetwork](https://christinemorton.com/repronetwork/), an interdisciplinary group of researchers who study reproduction, has sought to recognize published works that are "outstanding socio-cultural studies of reproductive processes, experiences, technologies, politics, and/or practices." Congratulations to Sarah for this singular honor from her colleagues in the reproductive sciences.
