#  Toynbee Prize Foundation Roundtable Discusses Prof.Victor Seow's Latest Book

Three scholars from the fields of mining and energy were convened to discuss "**[Carbon Technocracy](/publications/carbon-technocracy)**,": **Mark Hendrickson,** associate professor of History at UC San Diego, **Trish Kahle,** assistant professor of History at Georgetown University Qatar, and **Victor McFarland,** associate professor of History at the University of Missouri.
