*Research Interests: History of fatigue in the workplace,, in the U.S., in the first half of the 20th century.*

Jiemin Tina Wei completed a PhD in History of Science. Tina is [Assistant Professor in the Department of History](https://history.fiu.edu/people/faculty/profiles/jiemin-tina-wei.html) at Florida International University. Tina's dissertation focused on the history of fatigue in the workplace. Her research has received funding from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American History (NMAH), the Andrew Mellon Foundation, the Social Science Research Council (SSRC), and the Institute for Citizens &amp; Scholars. Her writing has been recognized by awards such as Harvard University's Bowdoin Prize (for best graduate essay in any field of learning written in the English language) and Princeton University’s Alexander Guthrie McCosh Prize (for the best senior thesis in any area of philosophy). Prior to arriving at Harvard, she graduated *summa cum laude* from Princeton with a B.A. in Philosophy and worked at Google, Stanford University, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

She is a former co-organizer of Harvard University’s History of Medicine Working Group (HMWG) and Early Sciences Working Group (ESWG).
