 *Research Interests: History of modern physics; history of technology.*

 Tiffany completed her BS in Electrical Engineering and her JD at the University of Virginia and she is a licensed attorney in California, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her current research focuses on the history of site selection of the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) and LIGO's epistemology of noise.
