DHS Asst. Prof. Victor Seow has been awarded the 2023 Michael H. Hunt Prize for International History by The Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations (SHAFR)! Victor's "Carbon Technocracy: Energy Regimes in Modern East Asia," published last year, just keeps receiving plaudits from all corners!
