Toynbee Prize Foundation Roundtable Discusses Prof.Victor Seow's Latest Book

Three scholars from the fields of mining and energy were convened to discuss "Carbon Technocracy,": Mark Hendrickson, associate professor of History at UC San Diego, Trish Kahle, assistant professor of History at Georgetown University Qatar, and Victor McFarland, associate professor of History at the University of Missouri. Each participant provided an in-depth analysis of Prof. Seow's book, which appears on the Foundation website.
