HoS Alum Jonathan Galka Awarded Dissertation Prize by the World History Association
HoS alum Jonathan Galka was awarded the 2025 Dissertation Prize by the World History Association for his dissertation: “In the Nodule Provinces: A History of the Ocean that Minerals Promised.”
Dr. Galka will take up the position of Assistant Professor in the Division of History of Science, Technology and Environment at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
